Soft Pretzel Tutorial
Learn the history of soft pretzels in Philadelphia while making your own.
In this pretzel class, participants will demo the dough mix, go over a silly history of soft pretzels, and learn how to shape them philly-style. We will also discuss lye safety, and then dip the pretzels, season and bake them!
Each attendee will go home with their pretzels, the recipe & instructions, and sourdough starter.
