These times require us to be openhearted, yet they also require great strength—and it’s tough to strike the right balance! If we prioritize being compassionate, we risk becoming passive. Yet if we focus on taking a stand, we risk closing our hearts or making enemies.
How do we bring understanding and empowerment? Compassion and accountability? Kindness and truth? Heart and backbone?
Join us for Soft Meets Strong, an evening soiree! We’ll begin with some breathing and meditation, and then move into an exploration of how to strike the balance and live with fierce, radical compassion.
