Soft Focus Yoga is an inclusive outdoor class where you’re invited to move at your own pace and meet your body exactly where it is. Each week features a curated, vibey playlist as we flow, breathe, and share space in community.Through gentle movement, breathwork, and moments of meditation, you’ll be encouraged to slow down, turn inward, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.All levels welcome. --&gt; Please arrive by 10:15am to give yourself time to find parking and settle in &amp; mingle prior to the start of class. &lt;--Class will set up on the boardwalk, closer to the grassy knoll. Remember to bring your mat and water (shades/hats are suggested!). See ya'll there!
