How do I get there?

SOCO 80808 is located right in the heart of the Vista Arts and Entertainment District at 808 Lady Street, Suite D. Once you've arrived, you'll follow the big mural down the alley and find our labeled main entrance on the right (by the big SOCO sign).

Where should I park?

Accepted Answer

There is ample metered street parking available on our block, as well as a flat lot across the street. Use the Passport app for easy payment and tracking of your parking.

How do I access the building?

We keep our exterior doors locked at all times for the safety and security of our members, but you'll receive an email code after registration to download our "Brivo Mobile Pass" App for accessing the workspace the morning of the event. (Access hours will be limited to 10am-1pm).

Question 4

How do I access the super speed WiFi?

Accepted Answer

We have super gigabit WiFi, thanks to our friends at Segra. The SOCO Guest network password is posted up around the workspace for your convenience.

Is there coffee available?

We're no coffee shop, but we do have some really great complimentary bottomless drip coffee (locally roasted by our pals at Loveland Coffee) as well as triple osmosis filtered water on tap. BYOB (reusable water bottles, that is).
