Do I need to bring a partner?

No you do not! We rotate partners, so you always get a chance to dance!

Do I have to rotate partners?

No, you are welcome to stay with your partner if you'd like! Just make sure to inform us when you check in for class, so we can direct others to rotate around you.

What clothes should I wear?

There's no formal dress code, but wear something you feel comfortable moving in! Women often wear blouses and slacks, or dresses (if the skirt flares, or is extra short, I recommend shorts underneath!) Men often wear button-downs and slacks. Dress up if you like, no pressure if you don't!

What shoes should I wear?

Smooth-soled shoes are best. Something like Keds is a pretty good option for everyone. For men, dress shoes often work well. For women's shoes, heels with an ankle strap and a sturdy heel. Character shoes are perfect! All should avoid heavy tread, flip flops, stilettos, slingbacks, and platforms.
