If you're attending from out of town and want to have plenty of time to explore the great city of Austin, we recommend that you arrive on Thursday, May 2, 2024. This will give you Thursday night, Friday all day, and Friday night to take advantage of all the fun in or close to Downtown Austin. Can't get there that early? Arriving on Friday will work just fine! Flying in? Look for flights to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Then hop in an Uber to get to downtown Austin.
