About this event

  • 30 minutes

It's getting warm in the Northeast and that means more opportunities to play outdoors and possibly play at new courts. In this session we'll talk about what your pickleball bag should have in it to always be prepared for joining a game. We'll also go over some reminders about etiquette on public courts to make your games enjoyable and social. While very useful for new players, these reminders will be helpful for all.

Instructor Bio:
J. Evans is a PPR Certified Coach, who fell in love with pickleball in 2019, learning via a Morris Township community class, and then building his skills playing at the YMCA. J. joined MD Pickleball in January 2023 after becoming certified with help and coaching from the owner of MD Pickleball. J. has been able to transfer and apply the skills he learned from many years playing racquetball, volleyball, and training in martial arts. All involve balance, stance and using your body effectively. These are some of the core areas that J. focuses on during his Pickleball instruction."
