Join us at Front Porch Gallery for a transformative two-week exploration into the world of social-emotional arts. This unique program is designed to harness the power of creative expression to enhance emotional well-being and self-awareness.

This is a free workshop for those who like to create and connect. Come be part of a process centered mixed art experience. You will listen to music, interact with group members, practice mindfulness, create a project and participate in a self-reflective exercise. You don’t have to be an artist. Just bring your authentic self. This experiential program is designed to serve a 60+ community.

Dates:

Session 1: June 20, 2024 – 1st workshop 11a.m. to 1 p.m.

Session 2: June 27, 2024 – 2nd workshop 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Program Features:

Art Therapy Workshops: Dive into guided sessions using painting, and mixed media to explore and express emotions.

Mindfulness and Meditation: Learn to center your thoughts and feelings through mindfulness practices integrated with artistic creation.

Group Discussions: Engage in enriching conversations about art and emotions in a supportive community setting.
