Soca StepJoin us at Basebox Dance and Fitness Studio for an epic Soca Step event! Get ready to move, groove, and have a blast as we bring Caribbean Carnival vibes fusing together Dance and Step movements to create a fun step aerobics class!Soca Step is a high intensity, yet beginner friendly fitness class, designed to effectively burn calories (expect 400-500 calorie burn per class), get everyone fit and active, whilst also having fun.Sessions are open to all fitness levels, the aim is to have fun whilst stretching yourself with a new routine.There are only 12 spaces available, so please ensure once you have paid you can attend. If you are unable to attend please notify within 24 hours in advance in order for the space to be offered to someone else. If you do not wish to be recorded please inform coach prior to class starting**Before purchasing ticket, please know you are fully responsible for your own health and wellbeing.
