Join us for a revitalizing 60-minute power Vinyasa class at the scenic Lake Temescal regional park. We’ll be flowing breath to movement through a quick warm-up, sun salutation variations, standing sections, core, balance moves, and a nice long savasana. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a newbie, all levels are welcome to jump on board!

After we've stretched and sweated it out, let's chillax with some refreshing iced herbal tea and unleash our inner thoughts in a journal session on the lush green lawn. Dive in for some post-yoga zen vibes 🌿
