Following a path of “Wellness” is a path of evolving as a person.  We start somewhere and move forward. In this journey we find what works and what doesn’t work.  There is no right or wrong, just do what feels right. Does the brain and the soul find a connection? And does that connection feel good?  If so, then your probably on the right path. In this day an age, we are blessed with many options and paths to follow in the pursuit of “Wellness.” In this new addition to Sober Socials, we will explore some of those evolvements and hear from those that have done the same.  Demonstrations and guests speakers to help spread this message. Vendors providing all sorts of Wellness options. Healthy Food & beverage available (Vegan friendly!!). Music and dance to wrap it all up.

Lebanese and French blood runs through her veins, and it shows. She’s not afraid to hold her heart out for you to see as she sings one of her grandpa’s favorite Boleros, or to dance around as she improvs to any Jazzy R&Bish tune.
Ale‘s energy and love for life and music is infectious and sure to get you singing and dancing along with her!
