This is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and be held by the wisdom of water, community, and intentional rest.
A restorative afternoon curated to disrupt the urgency of everyday life. Through mindful movement, guided meditation, reflective writing, and the healing embrace of mineral-water cedar hot tubs, we'll create space to reconnect with ourselves, our bodies, and our capacity for rest. Intentionally situated near the Lunar eclipse in Pisces as an invitation to pause to become aware of what is asking to be released, reclaimed, witnessed. This wellness experience centers rest as a purposeful expansion, reflection as a practice of liberation, and healing as a pathway toward collective well-being.
This 1/2-day retreat welcomes ALL who wish to participate, and the sacred space is intentionally curated to center the intersections of the identities listed below.
