Snowline's Living Well with Dementia 5-Week Educational Series

This no-cost, 5-week educational series is designed for people with cognitive impairment/early stages of dementia and their caregivers/loved ones who want to learn more about Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias. Topics covered include: dementia knowledge and disease progression, communication, diet & exercise, purpose, routines & sleep and self-care for the caregiver. We will also offer monthly parallel respite/enrichment support groups for people with cognitive impairments/early stage dementia and for caregivers.

This series will be held as hybrid meetings (Zoom link will be emailed with confirmation of registration).
