Will you sell out of tickets?

Accepted Answer

It's unlikely. However, the matinee performances are especially popular, so to be safe, get to the theater early. Lobby opens 1 hour before the show, and doors open 30 minutes before the show.

Question 2

Who qualifies for the senior/student ticket price?

Accepted Answer

A student is anyone in middle school through to doctoral candidates. Students of the School of Life do not qualify for this special rate.

Seniors are anyone 65 years old or older.

Question 3

Can I still buy tickets when online ticket sales end?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Tickets are available at the box office 1 hour before each performance.

Question 4

Can I still get the Military Discount at the box office?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you missed purchasing your tickets online, or at our studio, you can still get the discount at the box office.

Question 5

What's your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

All ticket sales are final. If you can't make the show you purchased tickets to, you can come to one of the other performances, or give your tickets to a friend.

How long is the performance?

About 90 minutes including a 15 minute intermission.

Can we reserve our seats for the performance?

Accepted Answer

Seating for Spring Gala is first come first served. We do not have a reserved seating section.
