Frequently asked questions

Does the class really last from 11:00am-6:30pm?

No. Here is our hours of operation: Sunday: 12pm-5:00pm, Monday-Thursday: 11:00am-5:00pm, Friday-Saturday: 11:00am-8:00pmpm. As long as you arrive before 2:30pm you are good to participate! If you need to come back and finish painting, you are welcome to if a manger approves your comeback date!

Is this a Family-Friendly Environment?

Yes, we value our young artist. Please allow your young ones to express themselves through their art designs regardless of if they make a "mess" on their shoes. We will clean up any errors at the end and bring their visions to life!

How can I reschedule my class date/time if I am unable to make it?

Please call us at (678) 765-2098 and also send us an email at admin@sneakerdoodle.co to redeem your 1 reschedule date. Please be advised that there are no refunds after purchase!

Refund Policy?

No refunds! After purchasing a ticket you will only be able to reschedule your ticket date and time once.

How can I book a Class?

Please select the next available date to book a class. If you are unable to add more tickets under your name, that means we are at full capacity or already booked out for that date.

Which type of shoe is included in the $250 ticket?

You will receive either an all white Airforce One (low-top not high-top) shoe from us or the High-top Converse if you send us your correct shoe size and shoe type (Air Force 1's Low-top or High-top Classic Converse) during ticket purchase and before your class date!
