Join us on December 16th to develop or refine your skills for the Snatch. This event is open to all Crossfit Harbor East and Crossfit Federal Hill members only. 
During the clinic, it will break down the movement specifically and talk through technique. Then there will be a chance to personally work on the Snatch for yourself. You'll be able to take what you just heard, then put it into practice. 
This clinic is $40 and open to only members of Crossfit Federal Hill and Crossfit Harbor East.
