Groovin’ with Smooth &amp; Sam – one night of funk, soul and country with Smooth Avenue and the Sam Henry Band sharing the stage. Sam Henry will kick off the evening followed by Smooth with tunes to get your sprit and feet moving. The Sam Henry Band has a unique sound of country, rock, blues, and even a touch of funk. Each member brings something different to the table. Their collective music experiences can be heard in their songs, and are smoothly fused together by frontman Sam Henry’s homegrown country vocals.Smooth Avenue Band is an 8 member ensemble featuring JT and Koki Gonzalez on vocals backed by an assortment of horns, guitars and keys. The band is known for adding a ‘Smooth’ twist to the top Funk, Soul &amp; Motown Hits. They have been known to slip in a bit of country and blues as well. Smooth may, from time to time, invite guest performers to sit in or open up the event. Smooth Avenue has a long association with the Sapphire Room and has SOLD OUT 16 times over the years so we encourage those interested to get your tickets as soon as possible. Join us for dinner and drinks ! The Sapphire Room features a full food and bar menu with table-side service. With the purchase of a ticket, Sapphire guests are eligible for The Riverside Hotel&#x27;s &quot;Sapphire Getaway&quot; for $169 + tax. Includes a standard hotel room (double occupancy) and breakfast for two the following morning. Guests requiring ADA accessible seating will be most comfortable at the following tables: 35, 36, 37, 38, 45, 46, 47, 48 and 49.
