Who can attend wellness workshops?

Wellness workshops are all about community health and wellness. You are not required 
to have a particular condition or diagnosis.

When & where are the wellness workshops?

Wellness workshops begin in May - in honor of mental health awareness month.

workshops take place every other month on the 2nd Wed at 6pm CST/7PM EST via zoom.

Is there a cost to participate wellness workshops?

Wellness workshops are free of charge and open to the general public.

Our target audience are those impacted by urban community health.

What topics are covered in the wellness workshops?

Accepted Answer

Each Wellness Workshop will focus on a different 'topic of the month'. Topics are chosen based upon issues that are important to our individual and collective health.
