Smart Stretching
Overview
Smart Stretching (12 CE Hours)Participants will learn to sequence therapeutic sessions that release chronic tension, restore functional motion, and help clients move with greater ease and confidence—whether the goal is everyday comfort, athletic performance, or recovery from repetitive-use patterns. Strategies include integration into a full-body flow, as well as specific focus methods like Pin and Stretch, Calling for Movement, Mat Stretching, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF).
The course will be split into two parts: Day 1 will focus on the upper body, and Day 2 will cover the lower body. Participants must attend both days for full CE credit.
