Dr Jenny Legge, PhD, CEO & Founder, Staunch Technology
Dr Jenny Legge is the Founder and CEO of Staunch Technology and JobFit Systems International. A physiotherapist and ergonomist with over 25 years of experience consulting in mining, transport, construction, utilities, manufacturing, security, health, logistics and insurance.
Dr Legge’s PhD research focused on the predictive validity of functional testing in healthy workers, demonstrating a 3–5 times increased risk of musculoskeletal injury when workers do not meet job-specific criteria. Her work has significantly influenced injury prevention strategies in physically demanding industries and has been published in internationally acclaimed journals.
Dr Legge is the inventor of the patented JobFit System - an integrated job matching and musculoskeletal risk assessment software platform; and the JobFit System PEFA App with its validated pre-employment testing protocol. Through her leadership, she has trained over 400 health professionals globally in job-specific functional assessments and onsite job task analysis.
