Innovative Automation was founded in 2000 as a Contract Manufacturer focused primarily on building electrical control panels. Founders Gene Gray, Tim Mueller and Adam Ring sold during the day and built control panels at night. Along the way, Innovative allied with key channel partners such as Omron Automation and other leading manufacturers.With our customers’ needs always in mind, Innovative Automation added Field Service and Industrial Electronic Repairs to its service line up in 2008. Our technologies and services represent blue chip choices for our customers.As of 2016, Innovative-IDM has grown into a company with more than 100 employees and stocking locations in Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Memphis and Tulsa. We offer local sales and field service support to customers across the southern U.S. and the upper Midwest.Innovative-IDM has been recognized as an INC 5000 fastest growing private business in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
