Details:

As law firm clients demand greater speed, cost-efficiency, and transparency, legal teams

are under pressure to deliver more — without overextending internal resources or

compromising quality.

In this fireside chat, we’ll explore how evolving eDiscovery strategies — including AI,

automation, streamlined workflows, and flexible resourcing — can help legal teams stay

efficient, effective, and aligned with rising client expectations.

This session is not about replacing what law firms do best in-house - it's about identifying

where workflow automation and support can enhance capacity, reduce strain, and add

value in an increasingly complex litigation landscape.

We’ll cover:

  • Workflow automation techniques that enable repeatable, defensible, and cost-

conscious review processes.

  • When and how to augment your internal team with trusted partners — ensuring that

outsourcing enhances, rather than replaces, in-house strategy.

  • Opportunities to share costs when opposing or co-counsel engage a common

review partner to work from the same data set, minimizing redundancy and

improving efficiency.

  • Cost sharing when opposing or co-counsel work together with a partner on the

same data set.

  • The growing value of self-serve eDiscovery platforms, giving firms full control with

the added flexibility of expert tools, support, and infrastructure on demand

Whether you’re looking for short-term support during high-volume periods or building a

long-term, tech-forward litigation support strategy, this session will oƯer practical insights

to help you work smarter — not harder — and better serve your clients in today’s evolving

legal environment.
