This summit is an opportunity to share ideas with other executives facing similar challenges and tight budgets. Learn from seasoned professionals and share your own successes in membership engagement, growing revenue, and balancing it all without losing your mind. This event is designed with single staff or part time executive directors in mind; however, all chambers are invited to attend.

Welcome and Introductions

Hear from chambers that have managed to grow their chamber from small to medium-sized. Learn how they garnered board member support, found new revenue generation, and what they stopped doing that allowed them to grow. (30 minutes)

Roundtable: How to Grow Your Chamber  to the Next Level

The expert is you! Share what your best (or worst) idea was from the last year and help your fellow chamber leaders learn from your success (or your mistakes)! Come prepared to share at least on idea per chamber. Awards presented to the best and worst ideas from the group. (60 minutes)

Sharing Session: What Are Your Best (or Worst) Ideas? 

Chambers of commerce are more important than ever, but they must evolve to meet the needs of their members to stay relevant in the future. Gain insights from some of our leading chambers and share your thoughts on what your chamber is doing to thrive in your community. (30 minutes)

Panel: What is the Future for Small Chambers?
