Small Business Roundtable: Employee Management with a Lean HR and a Promoting a Productive Workplace
Small Business Majority, a national nonprofit, in partnership with the Rogers Park Business Alliance is hosting a focus group discussion for small business owners to share their views on employee management. Small business owner input is needed to inform how agencies and small business assistance centers can best support small firms with a lean or no HR department.
In response to the nationwide #MeToo concerns, guest speaker Karla Altmayer from Healing to Action will also lead an interactive discussion on how small business owners can be leaders to create a secure and productive workplace.
The first five registrants will receive a $25 Amazon gift card.
