Join our shop as we throw down in a no holds barred evening of cheese-focused small bites! Our cheesemongers competetive spirits will be at peak as they spar to create the most delicious and creative bites. Be prepared to vote for the winner! "For cheese newbies to the upmost connoisseur, our cheese evenings are a fun-filled and informative way for everyone to learn the basics of cheesemaking, cheese care, tasting, and beverage pairings, all within an intimate (yet not intimidating!) space. We look forward to sharing our love for cheese and our experiences with you!"NOTES: $5 of every ticket sold will be donated to "Full Plates, Full Potential".Please purchase a ticket for each member of your party. Ticket price includes admission for one, as well as a cheese course, accompaniments, and beverage pairings for one.Doors will open at 5:45pm, and class will begin promptly at 6:00pm. This is a seated event, which we expect to continue for 75 minutes. After the class, there will be time to shop with a 10% discount!IMPORTANT NOTE: We may not be able to accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies. If you have purchased a ticket and have severe food allergies, please email will@thecheeseshopofportland.com 2 days prior to the event so we can adjust your plate.
