Do I have to sign a waiver?

Anyone 18 or over must sign the waiver to enter the building skating or not. After the waiver is complete you will receive an email you must show the email at the ticket window (search Google forms Funcitysk8) screen shots will not be accepted the waiver will be good for 1 year.
