Whatever your level of experience, body shape, and life stage you’re at, we strive to create  yoga classes that are warm, welcoming, and open to all. Our community is here to help support you in living your best, active life.

Whether you’re interested in relaxation and meditation, or looking for ways to increase your strength and flexibility, this 60-minute breath centered practice will help prepare you for the week ahead.This class is accessible to all levels; there&#x27;s a modification for everything, so beginners are welcome!Whatever your level of experience, body shape, and life stage you’re at, you&#x27;re welcome to participate. Class is guided by Yoga Instructor, Jessica Kirschner of Mindful Modern Living. Class will meet at <a href="https://www.thisisprevail.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Prevail Strength x Movement</a> in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her love for people, education, movement, art, and nature is what fuels her life with focus and passion. She believes that social change begins on the local and individual level. In order to affect the larger community, we must first develop ourselves into individuals who are committed to understanding others, so that we can be of greater service.
