Class Description: Slow Flow Vinyasa:
In this slow flow vinyasa class, we bring the element of time into the practice. As we slowly and mindfully move through a series, you have the time to mentally engage with the body, evaluating how and when a pose to be modified based on your body alignment and skill level. There is no rush into the next move, next breath, or next pose. Slow flow allows you to become familiar with your own body through reflective pauses and the time to go inward. It is a therapeutic dance of moving meditation. Perfect class to wind down for the day.
