Frequently asked questions

What do I need to bring?

Yoga mats and cushions will be provided but please ensure that you bring anything extra you require to make yourself a comfortable cosy space that promotes deeper relaxation such as extra blankets or pillows.

What do I need to wear?

The main focus of this class is relaxation so wear anything that is comfortable & suitable for gentle movement. During the sound bath we will be lying still on the floor so bring enough layers to stay cosy and warm.. we all know how unpredictable the UK summer temperatures can be!

I have never done yoga, is this suitable for me?

This class is suitable for everyone and no prior experience is necessary. Adaptations can be provided for any specific needs.

What about food/drink?

Try not to eat a large meal within the 2 hours prior to the session. Water is available at the hall if needed and it is an excellent idea to drink plenty of water afterwards to not only keep you hydrated but also to allow any toxins released by the sound bath to be flushed away.
