<h2>Slow Down &amp; Reset Yoga</h2>Looking to unwind and recharge? Join our in-person Slow Down &amp; Reset Yoga session! This class focuses on a nervous system reset using movement (Hatha &amp; Vinyasa blend), breath work, and guided meditation. In a world full of noise, we desperately need a space to slow our pace down and realign our intentions so that we may continue on with mindfulness and purpose. Important Info:Perfect for all levels; beginners to advancedMats, towels, and additional support is provided - feel free to bring your own materials. Check-in is open 15 minutes prior to class start time. Studio is located in the back of the store next to the Fuel Space Cafe.Parking: lululemon Mall of America is located near the West Main Hall Entrance on the 1st level. Most convenient parking is in the WEST RAMP between Nordstrom's and Macy's.
