These special events occur monthly, running from May throughout October, bringing members and their guests together over three courses paired with curated cocktails, wine and beer from our favorite Colorado-based partners.

We're so excited to welcome the GH community to indulge in a seafood inspired meal. These lively dining gatherings are the perfect opportunity to break bread and build community while you dive into menus prepared by Chef Jason Brumm of Slope Room. Let the celebrated kings of the kitchen wow you with seasonally inspired, diligently procured and artfully plated courses.
Bonus! Each course is paired with a thoughtfully selected beverage.
Beverage Partner: This month's beverage partner will be Old World Wines. They will be bringing an Iberian lineup of Portuguese and Spanish wines that will perfectly pair with our seafood inspired meal.

Appetizer
- Grilled salmon "tataki", watermelon, fresno chile, olive oil
Main - Miso Orange Glazed Black Cod, roasted cabbage, yuzu butter, snow pea saald
Dessert - Orange Olive Oil Cake(gf) - Lemon curd, berries, white chocolate, pistachio, basil
