Ohana Bros Chips paired with Dry Cider

Ohana Bros Pink Himalayan Sea Salt Chips tossed in truffle oil. Paired with SLO Cider Dry cider.

Maple Bacon Sliders paired with Oaked Cider

Crispy chicken tender, maple aioli, hickory smoked bacon, dill pickle chip. Paired with SLO Cider Oaked cider.

Ahi Tacos paired with Lemon Ginger Cider

Ahi tuna, chipotle crema, scallions on a crispy wonton shell. Paired with SLO Cider Lemon Ginger cider.

PB&J Sliders paired with Black Currant Cider

A crispy smashed patty, Jiffy peanut butter and bacon onion jam. Paired with SLO Cider Black Currant cider.

Created by the three amigos, Pete, Nate, and Jeremy, the SLO Cider brand has quickly grown into a team of determined individuals to accomplish one goal – make great hard cider! SLO Cider’s tasting room and cidery are located here in San Luis Obispo County.

* $65 per person including tax, fees, and gratuity. No menu substitutions however, if you have a severe allergy, please send us a message, or reach out to Marketing@Pacificahotels.com at least 48 -hours prior to the event and we will do our best to accommodate. We encourage educated tasting and exploration, not overconsumption. Please do not drink and drive. Consider ride-sharing services or book an overnight stay at the hotel. You may cancel your ticket up to 24 -hours prior to the event for a full refund. Cancellations within in the 24 hours of the event will not be refunded.
