Start Time Policy?

The event begins promptly at 2:00 PM. • There is a 10-minute grace period. • After 2:10 PM, your spot is forfeited. • No late arrivals will be seated once painting begins. • This is a structured, timed activity.

Event Duration?

Accepted Answer

• Total event time: 1 hour and 30 minutes • This activity is timed. • All participants must follow guided pacing. • Painting time cannot be extended.

Question 3

Rain Policy (Backup Date)?

Accepted Answer

This is an outdoor event. • In the event of rain or severe weather, the event will move to the designated backup rain date. • No refunds will be issued due to weather. • Notification will be sent the morning of the event by 9:00 AM.

Question 4

Food Policy?

Accepted Answer

If a sandwich is ordered, it will be served before painting begins. • No outside food allowed. • No food will be served after painting begins.

Question 5

Seating Policy?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are sold per person (however 2 participants may be at a table).• Seating assignments are pre-arranged. • Additional guests may not sit at tables unless ticketed.

Question 6

Conduct Policy?

Accepted Answer

• Respect staff, space, and supplies. • No disruptive behavior. • Jase's Lemonade Café reserves the right to remove participants for inappropriate conduct without refund.

Question 7

Liability & Personal items ?

Accepted Answer

Aprons maybe provided (if applicable), but participants assume responsibility for clothing. • Jase's Lemonade Café is not responsible for stained clothing or damaged personal items.

Media Release?

Accepted Answer

• Photos and videos may be taken during the event for marketing purposes. • By attending, you consent to possible photo use.
