Slide into Summer Camp | Week Two | July 22 – 26
For students entering 4th – 6th grade

Half-day enrollment costs $135 per week per camper and full-day enrollment is $270 per week per explorers. Lunch is not provided; campers who enroll in full-day camp should bring a packed lunch.

Can I make a change to my child's registration?

Registration changes can be made up to 14 days prior to the start of camp. Adding an additional half-day camp will result in a $135/explorer charge. Changing from full-day to half-day camp will result in a $135/explorer refund.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refunds will be issued to cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the start of camp. Cancellations or changes made less than 14 calendar days before camp stars will incur a $50 fee. Cancellations or changes made less than 7 calendar days before camp starts are not eligible for a refund.

How do I request a registration cancellation/change?

To request a refund or change to your registration, contact Jennifer Eley at jennifer_eley@witf.org or 717-910-2641. Refund requests will be responded to within 5 business days.

What if WITF cancels the camp?

We reserve the right to cancel camps that do not meet the minimum enrollment requirement. Should this occur, every attempt will be made to move students to a similar camp, or a full refund will be offered.
