Nearly all the brain’s work is conducted at the unconscious level, our intuition or inner knowing. It is important to trust our intuition, allowing it to guide our actions. Awareness is curative. Every thought, idea, and belief materializes into a chemical messenger that impacts our physiology and is simultaneously experienced by every cell in the body. By shifting our perspective, we can promote health and well-being.
