Join us for SLC Summer Learning Sessions and prepare for your next chapter! High school and college students with ADHD, dyslexia and other learning disabilities can attend SLC Summer Sessions to boost skills and creativity. Parents are invited to some.

In this 3-part parent workshop, participants will learn what Executive Functioning (EF) means, how break downs in Executive Functioning skills impact daily life for teens and how to scaffold Executive Functioning skills in the home and school settings. During the first meeting, parents will learn about EF skills and will be sent home with EF screening tool to complete with their teen. During the second meeting, parents will look over strengths, weaknesses and dive into understanding their teen’s perspective -- and how they might lead to day-to-day break downs or success.
