J oin us for our fourth Skip Day Retreat at Balian Springs Spa! This relaxing spa day will give you opportunities to rejuvenate, connect, and relax with our Colored Girls Lab community.
And this time we're throwing in a dose of PLAY! After our opening circle to share our intentions for the day, we'll be joined by LaTonia of Adjourn Teahouse to lead us in a beautiful and playful Slow Pour Tea Blending Experience. The Slow Pour is a ritual and multi-sensory play experience where you'll get to taste and create, with intention, your own personal tea blend. You'll take your tea and a welcome bag of other goodies to help you continue your rest practice at home.
This promises to be a beautiful day to connect in-person with new and old sisters alike and to celebrate the joy and playfulness of summer. Check out the video above for a recap of our first Skip Day Retreat.
Your Skip Day package includes:
