This group is designed to guide middle school boys to become strong communicators and enhance their confidence, self-awareness, and social skills. Topics for this age group have been selected based on the feedback of relevancy from middle school students in surrounding schools. Join us weekly to work towards becoming the most empowered and balanced version of you!
Group Topics Include:
- Enhancing self-esteem & self-awareness
- Anxiety (test anxiety, social anxiety, etc.)
- Bullying (especially cyberbullying)
- Healthy communication skills
- Healthy friendships
- Peer pressure
- Learning self-care & lifestyle balance
*15min Zoom Pre-Admission Interview is required prior to registration.
