Saint Joseph Chant School First Annual Gregorian Chant Workshop is a one day event open to clergy, music directors, choral members, and the faithful of all musical levels. Guest speaker, Dr. Jennifer Donelson-Nowicka, associate professor and director of sacred music at St. Joseph’s Seminary in New York, will lead us in a series of talks which include:<ul><li>Discovering Our Catholic Heritage and Learning to Pray through Gregorian Chant</li></ul><ul><li>Introduction to Reading Gregorian Chant Notation and Understanding Rhythm</li></ul><ul><li>Silence, Prayer, and Gregorian Chant</li></ul><ul><li>Confession and Mass to Follow *All are welcome to participate in the Mass </li></ul>Event Details:Place: Church Auditorium of Holy Trinity Parish, Cohoes, NYDate: Saturday, March 14, 2020Time: 9:00 am - 5:00 pmRegistration: 8:30 am - 9:00 amRegistration Fee: $30 *This includes: workshop talk series, materials, refreshments, and lunch!
