Sixth Open Research Cloud Alliance Workshop

The Open Research Cloud Alliance

This first of three workshops will provide an orientation on the NIST Cloud Federation Reference Architecture (CFRA), an overview of research, industrial, and governmental use-cases, presentations of alternative approaches to the deployment of federation platforms, and the ORCA Testbed initiative. The second workshop will focus on technical delivery of a testbed for the deployment of a federation management platform supporting research use cases (with participating research cloud providers). The final workshop will review outcomes, develop a comprehensive report providing feedback on the CFRA and the ORCA federation management platform, and identify next steps.
