Inspired by a need for movement to find stillness and a recent obsession on the different ways of sitting in a chair, Kenia Rosete invites you to play with a variety of methods to be still and to be in motion within your own routine. We will engage in some creative writing, movement scores (spoiler alert: may involve a chair) and group discussions to enrich our inquiries together.
