What should I bring?

Bring a journal and an open mind. Wear comfortable clothes for movement and any activities.

Do I have to participate in all activities?

Participation is encouraged but entirely optional. We want you to feel comfortable and at ease.

Can I invite friends?

Absolutely! The more, the merrier. Just make sure they RSVP ahead of time. Each person needs to have their own ticket.

What if I'm not comfortable sharing personal experiences?

That's perfectly fine! You can participate at your own pace and share as much or as little as you're comfortable with.
