What is a Splash? It's an opportunity for ALL levels - from "never swam before" to "I swim every day" to get in the water and try some synchronized swimming! WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: An enthusiastic welcome, a beginning circle, small groups to learn some beginning or intermediate synchro moves, a little choreography added, and then a SPLASH MOB! A SPLASH MOB is where we all come together (in the shallow end!) and learn a dance in the water and perform it together. For us, it is PURE JOY.WHAT TO BRING: Yourself, your swim attire, shower thangs for after, and if you have one, a lock for the lockers. If you don't, you can bring your bag onto the pool deck and it will be just fine!The Phillips Aquatics Center is inside the Phillips Community Center. We will greet you by the main desk. You will NOT need to pay the $5 fee to swim. Your ticket for the Splash includes that. We have rented out 4 lanes of the pool, so your Splash fee goes to cover that! We absolutely love doing these Splashes, but just need to ensure that we make enough to cover the rental fee!Also - if you are coming with kiddos - they can come for free.
