I got on right at the start time, how is this event sold out already?

Please note that there are limited seats for this event. The Eventbrite system is much like that of Ticketmaster and other ticket selling sites. The system will only allow a certain amount of people to reserve tickets at a time. The system will then hold the tickets until the transaction either times out or is completed. If you are unable to secure tickets right away, we highly suggest adding yourself to the waitlist quickly, as well as refreshing the page for up to 10 minutes to see if any additional tickets become available.

What if the event conflicts with a concert I want to see?

Please note that almost every artist will be performing twice during the cruise. Be sure to consult the posted schedule on the CTTE Welcome Aboard Page to look for conflicts. However, understand that the schedule is subject to change.

What's the refund policy?

All sales are final and no refunds will be given. 

Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

Tickets are Non-Transferrable.
