Welcome to Sip & Stretch on the Harborwalk! Join us for a relaxing morning of yoga and refreshments near the Fort Point Channel. Unwind and rejuvenate as we stretch our bodies and sip on some delicious beverages.

Enjoy the beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere as you practice Vinyasa flow yoga with Britney Willingham of Move with Britney. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this event is perfect for anyone looking to de-stress and connect with their body.

Following the session, enjoy hot or iced teas presented by Alexis Jones of The Té Spa. Refresh yourself and be wowed by locally hand-blended and sourced teas. Discover the artistry in every cup, while you chat with Alexis about all things té.

Don't forget to bring your mat and a water bottle! Space is limited, so make sure to reserve your spot early. We can't wait to see you there!

In the event of inclement weather, the session will be canceled. We will communicate via Eventbrite and our Instagram page @martinsparkboston.

Since the Park’s opening in 2019, Friends of Martin’s Park acts as the steward responsible for the endowment and programming of this unique green space. In partnership with the City of Boston’s Parks & Recreation Department, FOMP oversees the management and care of Martin’s Park.
