Will we have seating available?

Yes we will be seating in a Unity Style Circle with tables and chairs.

Do we need to bring a yoga mat?

Yes please bring a yoga mat as our first part of the day will require it. You can bring a light blanket also. We will not have any extra yoga mats or blankets available on the event day.

Yes there will be plenty of parking at the location.

If I am a beginner yoga person -will I be able to participate in the yoga excersize?

The yoga experience will be light, and perfect for beginners or those who are using yoga for stress relief, or to move any energy blockages.

Will there be some vendors?

Yes we will have some holistic vendors available.
