LEGENDARIO DOMINGO MEZCAL
Mezcal Espadin : 48% ABV - San Luis Del Rio, Oaxaca
Balanced smoked due to cooking agave with seasoned dry wood that the maestro mezcalero forages for himself. Ripe Oaxacan fruits on the nose, earthy mid palate, round smooth salinity on the finish differentiating itself from many Espadins from the state. Balanced all around & very versatile.

Single Estate Highland Agave, twice copper pot distilled, blanco tequila blended with a 4 yr. extra Añejo aged in ex-bourbon barrels. No diffusers, no added sugar. The craft option to Clase Azul and Don Julio 1942

Single estate low land agave. The ancestral style of the Tahona wheel crush yields an herbaceous, herbal floral quality, while the centrifugal force mechanical mill yields a cleaner, brighter flavor with more citrus and black pepper. Made with no additives, sugars, or glycerin.
