Sip & Learn: Drinking Your Greens (Green Juices, Smoothies, and Bowls)
Incorporating enough leafy greens in your diet can seem like a daunting task, but it doesn't need to be difficult and can even be fun! One simple way to add a serving or more of greens to your diet each day is by incorporating greens into your juice, smoothie, or bowl. At this Sip & Learn, founder Heather will teach you how to make juices, smoothies and bowls that incorporate lots of greens and still taste delicious. You'll sip two green juices and two green smoothies, and try two green bowls, plus you'll take home recipes for each one. Finally, Heather will review some of the reasons why it's essential to your health that you make the effort to eat (and drink!) enough greens.
