Here is your permission slip to slow down, show up, and have a little fun.First, we flow. Move, breathe, and shake off the week with intention. No experience required. No pressure to look a certain way. Just you, your breath, and good company.Then we pour. We gather around one featured wine and dig into the good stuff together. Where is it from? Who made it? What is the story in the glass, the land, the people, the history, the culture? You will walk out knowing how to find bottles like it on your own, so you can shop and sip smarter.This is not a lecture, and it is not a splurge. It is your people, your ritual, your weekend kickoff. Come as you are, pour yourself something lovely, and toast to you.Sip &amp; Flow is hosted on the last Saturday of every month at special locations across the DMV. On July 25th, we'll explore an all-levels flow, syncing one breath with one movement. Get a little sweaty, a little stretchy, and mindfully celebrate your power on the mat.
