The W.S.A.C.F. was formed to engage in activities that promote human rights and develop the leadership and strategic capabilities within the African-American and Latino-American community. W.S.A.C.F. intends to promote the rights of African-American and Latino-American communities and other immigrant groups by encouraging educational goals, fostering and assisting in community building, leadership development and strategic planning

The W.S.A.C.F presents Sip. This marquee event raises funds to support and develop programs that address the plight of young African-American and Latino-American men in the New York City area.  There are significant issues that disproportionately affect African-American and Latino-American young men in our City. For example, there are high incidence of imprisonment and attrition from high school, decreased reading aptitude, and the high rates of STD infections, specifically HIV/AIDS. It is the long-standing belief that education is the key to changing the mentality of our youth.  The Wall Street Alphas Charitable Foundation, through the Alpha G.E.N.T.S. (Gaining Essential Networking Tools for Success) mentoring program, provides these young men with extraordinary life-changing experiences through a myriad of educational programs, college trips and life long mentoring.

This year, The W.S.A.C.F in conjunction with the Kappa Xi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc will be Honoring "Ladies Who Lead". Oprah Winfrey once said, "Think like a Queen. A Queen is not afriad to fail. Failure is another steppingstone to Greatness." This year Honorees are 6 Exceptional women who were not afriad to fail and, instead, continue to raise expectations and have led in their respective fields.

Through events like Sip and the support of sponsors, the W.S.A.C.F will provide resources and solutions to build intellectual and social equity among the underrepresented youth in impoverished communities. These resources are vital if we are to have a positive impact on the lives of our youth.
